The Texas Express Pipeline transports natural gas liquids from various production basins in the Rockies and Permian Basin to Mont Belvieu, Texas. It is a 580-mile, 20-inch diameter pipeline with an initial capacity of 280,000 barrels per day. The pipeline is jointly owned by DCP Midstream Partners, Enbridge Energy Partners, Anadarko Petroleum Corp., and Enterprise Products Partners, who is also the operator.
