Balancing System — the key problem for Ukraine when switching to RE
TESLAENERGO
State Enterprise «Ukrenergo» is engaged in negotiations with foreign partners and
investors about construction of first 200 MW energy storage as the main
component of the Balancing System of Ukraine
TeslaEnergo is developing projects in order to join the market:
• Balancing System — quick start turbine powered generation of 20-25 MW
capacity
• Energy Storage — 35-40 MW
«Already in 2021, the power system of Ukraine must have not less than
1020 MW of TPP with fast start, while the energy storage capacities of
