This document provides a template for measuring predictability at the team and program levels. It shows how to track planned versus actual business value over multiple program increments (PIs) to calculate a predictability measure for each team and the overall program. Sample data is provided for two teams' business value achievement over five PIs, with predictability measures ranging from 82-90%. A chart also shows the trend in percentage of business value achieved over PIs for the overall program and each team, with the goal of remaining within a reliable range of 80% predictability.
