TEMA DI ORDINE GENERALE
Consiste nella trattazione di un argomento di vario contenuto disciplinare o di
attualità, a cui si accompagna la formulazione di opinioni personali,
interpretazioni, commenti, considerazioni, riflessioni.
È perciò un testo di tipo informativo e descrittivo, per quanto riguarda
l’esposizione dei contenuti, e di tipo argomentativo, per l’affermazione e
argomentazione delle proprie opinioni.
Il tema viene assegnato attraverso una traccia, che consiste nella
proposizione di un argomento, a cui spesso sono aggiunte indicazioni
più o meno sintetiche, per lo svolgimento.
La traccia non è accompagnata ( a differenza della TIPOLOGIA B) da alcuna
documentazione, ma fa appello alle conoscenze possedute dallo studente.
Il tema di ordine generale tratta di un fenomeno, di un evento, di un problema
su cui, al momento dello svolgimento, è in corso un dibattito giornalistico o
politico, o a cui comunque vi è interesse da parte dell’opinione pubblica: allo
studente si richiede di dimostrare una valida conoscenza dell’argomento
proposto (tratta da informazioni giornalistiche o d’altro genere o
dall’esperienza dello studente stesso) e di esprimere su di esso un giudizio
argomentato.
TIPI DI TRACCE
1. APERTA (enuncia un problema in termini molto generali e fornisce
indicazioni generiche, lasciando ampia libertà di svolgimento)
A 20 anni dalla caduta del muro di Berlino, il candidato rifletta sul valore
simbolico di quell’evento ed esprima la propria opinione sul significato di
libertà e democrazia.
2. A “SCALETTA”(contiene indicazioni piuttosto specifiche e vincolanti per
lo svolgimento, una sorta di mini – scaletta)
Cittadinanza femminile e condizione della donna nel divenire dell’Italia del
Novecento. Illustra i più significativi mutamenti intervenuti nella condizione
femminile sotto i diversi profili (giuridico, economico, sociale, culturale) e
spiegane le cause e le conseguenze.
Puoi anche riferirti, se lo ritieni, a figure femminili di particolare rilievo nella
vita culturale e sociale del nostro Paese.
3. CON CITAZIONE (riporta il pensiero, una dichiarazione, un breve testo
di uno scrittore, un filosofo…)
Illustri il candidato il senso e il valore del seguente brano attraverso
opportuni riferimenti ai Canti conosciuti e alle caratteristiche stilistiche
dell'opera leopardiana. "Che cosa è la vita? Il viaggio di uno zoppo e
infermo che con un gravissimo carico in sul dosso, per montagne ertissime
e luoghi sommamente aspri, faticosi e difficili, alla neve, al gelo, alla
pioggia, al vento, all'ardore del sole, cammina senza mai riposarsi dì e notte
uno spazio di molte giornate per arrivare a un cotal precipizio o un fosso e
quivi inevitabilmente cadere" (Zibaldone).
