TemPark provides a temporary, portable parking solution using a permeable mesh structure that can last up to 10 years. It offers advantages over traditional gravel or asphalt parking in being less costly to install and remove, more flexible for changing needs, and more environmentally friendly without runoff issues. TemPark has been used successfully in various applications including for temporary vehicle storage and event parking. It saves on both time and costs compared to permanent parking structures.
In this presentation we have discussed about the standards that will be used in a Petrol Pump Design.
It consists of an Internet Case Study with architectural drawings
Case Study: Helios Petrol Pump, Los Angeles
Joel Hirschboeck, Kwik Trip, presented information on the Natural Gas Applications for Off-Road Vehicles for our Natural Gas for Transportation Roundtable in Mequon, WI.
Learn about the basics of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) as transportation fuels. A presentation will be made from station installers and users of LNG. Lastly, hear about current incentives for fleets when purchasing CNG or LNG vehicles.

Multi-Site Optimization To Drive Value Creation In ChevronYokogawa1
The vision should be one of an asset, or portfolio of assets, that exists in the context of, and is synchronized with, its supply chains and surrounding business environment. The asset(s) together with its supply chain should continuously respond in unison to market signals, disturbances, and optimize holistically. Since the early 1980s Chevron has developed and continued to enhance its proprietary linear programming (LP) technology, Petro, to select the most profitable raw materials, evaluate product options, optimize refinery processes, and promote efficient capital investments across its global refining network. Key to this has been the use of Petro, with its highly efficient multi-location modeling methodology, to optimize raw materials and product supplies between refinery sites. This presentation will showcase how Chevron drives transformational value through multi-site optimization, and how development of associated people and business processes have accompanied evolution of the technology.

At the California Asphalt Pavement Association (CalAPA) Spring “Technical Tune-Up” Educational Workshop held April 5, 2022 in Brea, a presentation titled, "Cold in-place Recycling (CIR) and Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR) in Sustainable Pavement Rehabilitation &
Reconstruction" was delivered by Michael Concannon, P.E., Engineering Manager, Pavement Recycling Systems, and
Kevin Donnelly, APM, Director - Southern Region, Western Emulsions.
City and County agencies in California are utilizing Sustainable Pavement Engineering processes, such as Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR) and Cold In-place Recycling (CIR) of asphalt to stretch their roadway budgets,
achieve their sustainability goals, and reduce construction-related community impacts. This tech tune-up presents
the latest updates on Public Works Specifications for these processes, Mix Design requirements, and highlights a
few recently completed projects.
At the California Asphalt Pavement Association (CalAPA) Spring “Technical Tune-Up” Educational Workshop held April 5, 2022 in Brea, a presentation titled "Developing a Successful QA Program for Cold in-place Recycling (CIR) and Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR)" was delivered by Fernando Aragon, P.E., G.E., Principal Engineer, Aragon Geotechnical, Inc. Successful CIR implementation requires effective QC testing by the contractor and acceptance testing by the
Owner/Agency. Learn the key components for both of these testing programs that make up a successful QA program. Learn what the new specifications mean for testing and common mistakes to avoid during the
construction of CIR and CCPR projects.

At the California Asphalt Pavement Association (CalAPA) Spring Asphalt Pavement Conference & Equipment Expo held on March 23-24, 2023 in Ontario, Calif., a presentation titled, "Compaction of Asphalt Pavements" was delivered by John Harvey, PhD, Director – City and County Pavement Improvement Center (CCPIC).
Pavement performance requires a proper compaction of the asphalt mixture. Our partners at CCPIC will provide an overview of the importance of pavement compaction and an overview of the roles of contractors and agency representatives to maximize the performance of the pavement.
2. What is TemPark?
• Problem: You need a well-defined parking area for a short period of time (1
week-10 years). You want Temporary parking that is cost-effective and
easy/fast to install. You want parking that is flexible and portable to your
changing demands. You want the parking area to be environmentally friendly...
• Solution: TemPark was designed for this niche
.
• The TemPark structure is 100 % permeable. A durable mesh core, sandwiched
and heat-fused between top and bottom geotextile surfaces, allows water to
easily pass through the substrate and readily drain into the soil, eliminating
runoff problems and any need for retention basins.
• TemPark lasts up to 10 years and handles 10,000 lbs/4,500 kilo vehicles driving
over it 1,000 times per day at recommended speeds of 15mph/25kph.
