5. Your phone will scan for
nearby Bluetooth devices,
while it is scanning hold
your key fob about 6-12
inches away from your
phone and press the grey
button until the green
light starts to flash.

6. When your phone says
“paired” it means
that your fob and
phone have
successfully paired
via Bluetooth.
If you have any problems
with opening a lockbox
while showing a house-come
back to this screen
and make sure the two are
paired.
14. Opening a shackle is
just as easy as
obtaining a key. Go
to the home of the
eKEY app and select
“Open Shackle”
15. Put in the lockbox
shackle code the same
way you would put in
your pin number and
then select a reason.
You can choose
-Adding on a new
listing
-Removing from listing
-Relocating on same
listing
-None of the above
I chose “none of the
above”, but the other
options can be useful.
Then hold the key fob
about a foot away from
the lockbox.
You can also add the box
to inventory. This is
useful so that you don’t
have to go BACK in to your
supra account and add the
box- the app does it for
you!
16. After you successfully
open the shackle to a
box the app will let
you know how much
battery life is left
in the box.
23. Enter the
shackle code
of the box
you would like to
put in your
inventory and press
begin. Then take
your key fob and
point it 6-12
inches away from
the box.
30. One of my favorite features
of the eKEY app is the
flashlight. If you ever need
to check a house at night or
if it is getting dark while
you are showing- this is a
helpful tool that will help
you “light the way”!
Just go to the home screen
of the app and slide the
screen to the right. You
will see the flashlight
option and press it.
31. It doesn’t look
very bright, but it
actually is when it
is dark outside. To
exit all you need to
do is tap the
screen.
