In this study some major parking generators along Mirpur has been surveyed and their parking demand-supply situation has been analyzed. Considering the Parking Policy for the Dhaka Metropolitan Development Plan Area, 2002 and the results from the analysis some policy measures has been formulated to manage the parking demand more efficiently.

Cukup banyaknya pelanggan dan proses transaksi, toko retail ini ingin mengetahui pola pembelian konsumen dengan memanfaatkan data transaksi yang sudah terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pembelian konsumen pada toko retail dengan memanfaatkan data transaksi yang telah terjadi. Data transaksi tersebut mencakup informasi mengenai produk yang dibeli, jumlah pembelian, waktu pembelian, dan profil konsumen. Dengan menganalisis data transaksi tersebut, toko retail dapat memperoleh wawasan yang berharga mengenai kebiasaan pembelian konsumen, preferensi produk, tren penjualan, dan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data dan pemodelan statistik. Data transaksi yang dikumpulkan dari toko retail akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik-teknik statistik seperti analisis deskriptif, analisis asosiasi, dan analisis klaster. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi toko retail dalam mengoptimalkan strategi penjualan dan pemasaran mereka.
