Based on a needs assessment survey of teachers at Sixth Ward Elementary, the following areas were identified for technology professional development: 1. Training on Web 2.0 tools like Weebly, Kidblog, and Prezi, as over 50% of teachers expressed interest in training on these platforms. 2. A novice session on technology programs used daily at the school, like Triumph Learning and Dyknow, as only 12% felt comfortable using these. 3. The professional development will use a "Flipped PD" model, where teachers learn content online before an in-person session. development will focus on Web 2.0 tools

Results indicated 93% of teachers would
like to receive training on Weebly, 87%
would like to receive training on Kidblog,
and 56% would like training on Prezi. In
addition, we would like to design a novice
session focusing on the technology
programs, which are used in our school
daily such as Triumph Learning and
