audio-technica stars
     at the 52nd Annual
  Grammy ® Awards
The stage was set for Audio-Technica to shine with the stars at the Staples
Center in Los Angeles this January, where more than 250 of our mics were
on-hand for the best singers, performers and artists in show business today.

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards saw outstanding performances from
Jamie Foxx, Taylor Swift, Eminem and Stevie Nicks - and Audio-
Technica helped ensure the success of the powerful live broadcast with artists
all using microphones from our Artist Elite 4000 and 5000 Series, and
the UHF Wireless System. Elton John performed with Lady Gaga and
rocked the show with our hardwired AE6100 Hypercardioid Dynamic
Handheld Microphone, and Jeff Beck used the new AT4081 Bidirectional
Ribbon for his guitar amp during a tribute to late guitar legend “Les Paul”.

We are really proud to be a part of the Grammy’s and our products help
to deliver exceptional quality amidst the ever-increasing sonic demands
of this iconic show’s musical portions.

The backline mic complement of A-T wired microphones included:
• AE5400 Cardioid Condenser Handheld Microphone for backing vocals and
  horns
• ATM350 Cardioid Condenser Clip-On Microphone for strings
• AT4050 Multi-pattern Condenser Microphone for guitar and bass cabinets
• The new AT4050ST Stereo Condenser Microphone for overheads
