High Tech Rochester Inc. (HTR) is a nonprofit organization that fosters the creation and growth of high-tech startup companies in Rochester, NY. HTR provides services including mentoring, strategic planning, incubation, funding assistance from grants and investors, and manufacturing assistance. HTR manages two incubators that provide office and lab space to over 20 startup companies. HTR also assists companies with business plans, market assessments, networking, and the tech commercialization process from concept to securing funding.
