Introduction
Teaching practice is an essential portion of education which lead to
developing teaching skills in various levels. The function of UAE in education is
using modern way for teaching that is equip with technology, which allow integration
in the teaching context and promote quality of teaching and learning. Moreover, the
government is trying to use technology to enhance students to take control of their
learning (Joshi, 2013). Therefore, as a teacher I need to have all requirement of the
technique that seek to facilitate with advanced techniques to help the learner to have
the best learning atmosphere to acquire the knowledge. This philosophy comprises my
beliefs of education, learners and the functions of a teacher in the procedure of
learning.
Beliefs about education and learner
Education is a process that allow the student to gain new information and use
it in the future. Education doesn't have a single purpose, but they are some comment
determination such as giving learner opportunity to leaner new skills, gaining the best
way to develop the relationship to deal with other. I believe that education is
empowering students to reach they are potential such as solving the problem, and
improve their critical thinking. Moreover, I believe a good educator should deliver a
lesson in an interesting way through utilizing resources efficiently, having best
technique to teach, involve students by asking questions in an effective way. This is
because when I give the learner new lesson about software I try to prepare all
appropriate material that may help students to understand the lesson (Kyriacou, 2007).
Furthermore, each of my lessons should have group activities, and I strongly believe
that the learner can learn by collaborating with other students. I do this because in my
class there are students with different levels and having little confidence in using a
computer. Consequently, to reduce this issue I try to make sure providing different
grouping, so learners will have the higher affective filter.
Best practice of improving planning and interaction with others
My experience in teaching practice has been improved from year one to year
four especially for planning lessons and relationship with mentor and students. I
believe that having good relation with another teacher will help me as the teacher to
develop my teaching by exchange knowledge and conception about the lesson to

become successful. Thus, I share my experience of using appropriate apps during my
teaching with other teachers. Moreover, the interaction with students become better,
and I believe breaking barrier between teacher and students will help leaner more
comfortable when they discuss, and they will be no restrictions. Therefore, the teacher
has various roles not only giving lesson but trying to which help learner to learn when
interacting with teacher (Harmer, 2001).
In year one, I planned a lesson without the figure out the teacher need to
recognize about students levels, using various activates to involve students and what
aspect I need to use to help a learner to learner. During the year, the planning has
changes, and I try to make sure lesson should cover various resources and students
more centered. For instance, in semester 7 I planned the lesson that comprise some
stories, discussion by using Padlet, tutorial videos, worksheet and some self-directing
learning task. Because I believe that learner has a various learning style that help them
to acquire knowledge and increase their intrinsic motivation.
The outlook for future
In future, I strongly wish to utilize the better technique in my teaching and
reflecting on my lesson especially by involving technology in every single piece of
my work. I believe there is accelerating natural evolution of ICT technologies in
UAE over years. Thus, I need to plan a lesson that equip with technology and using
various type of assessment tools measure understanding.
Conclusion
As the teacher, I need to provide an appropriate way to help the learner to
learn and best quality of teaching. Additionally, I need to develop my teaching by
achieving goals and using various strategies that are away from traditional. I believe,
using different methods of teaching to teach the student will cultivate on learner love
the knowledge
