5. Research Methodology
1. Methodology (qualitative, quantitative, or
mixed methods?)
The mixed methodology because, by the
nature of the data, it will give me a mixture of
variables, words, and images. Therefore, we
will get pragmatic and realistic information by
the research nature of reality.
6. 2. Possible Research Questions?
(a) What are the Teaching Position Advertising
Resources? (LinkedIn, Google scholar)
(b) How much would be the Benefits and pay
provided for the position? (Pay, Medical,
Leave, etc.)
(c) What are the effectiveness of
Environment/campus safety?
7. 3. Possible Data Collection Methods
Data collection methods are:
(a) Primary: Observation, Interviews,
Feedback, Data collected through schedules,
etc.
(b) Secondary: Suitability of data, Reliability
of data, and Adequacy of data.
(c) Other: Use of algorithm assigned
accordingly for desired results, Projective
techniques, views from Department, Board
members, Staff, or Audience panel, etc.
8. Results and Discussion
We are aware of the goal and difficulties involved
in selecting candidates for teaching positions at
the district level, having addressed all three points
"questions, objective, and challenges".
Additionally, we've read in articles that hiring
locally and globally involves two distinct
processes. The hiring process is primarily
impacted by the following factors: attract,
prepare, develop, support, and retain. The
Department of Education conducted interviews
with instructors and students, and the results are
displayed.
9. The article "We found on hiring and finding
teacher applicants is the difficult task as school
requirements are not been fulfilled" prompted
all the queries I had after reading it.
Four articles and a PDF present various,
although related, points of view on the same
topic. Although it takes time, finding a
solution is not always easy.
10. While hiring ensure that the recruitment practices are
ethical, unbiased, and inclusive.
Working with Mixed Methodology is the best way of
finding right cause of this issue.
We have discussed with the staff, students, and teachers
what issues they are facing in solving this problem.
Therefore, primary data collection techniques are used.
We developed questionnaires, questions, and interviews
with students, instructors, and staff members with the
goal of summarizing the data that was gathered.
