Personal Connection I know people who are currently involved with the organization and I have a few friends who aim to join this organization. I believe education is one of the best ways to solve problems in communities and I strongly support this organization.
Specific Program and Goal Teach for America provides schools with excellent teachers and the schools do not have to pay the teachers any salary. This aims to improve the education in low-income communities by providing a free teacher.
Inputs Funding to run the organization College Graduates that wish to commit 2 years after graduating to teaching Sponsorships to pay the teacher’s salaries Staff members
Process The college graduates are sent to a summer camp where they will learn teaching techniques. They are evaluated in their field of study and their backgrounds. Fresh teachers are assigned positions across America to schools that need them. Money is used to pay the teachers and run the organization.
Outputs In just the Los Angeles area, the corps members teach at 107 schools across three school districts. There are currently 295 corps members serving 21,000 students across Los Angeles, the majority of whom are Latino and African American.
Outcome We provide education that increases the chance of the children graduating from College. More college graduates mean more skilled workers for the community. We create future contributors to the community and education.
Need of the community Kids in low-income communities have a very low chance of graduating from college Low-income communities may not be able to afford to hire new teachers. There needs to be more community leaders that value and promote education 1 5 million American children face the extra challenges of poverty

To be pragmatic would be to use Thinking Maps model.
Continued … If we teach our new recruits the Thinking Maps model, they will be able to supply the Thinking Foundation with mountains of data on the effects of the model Wishes to gather and analyze evidence that the Thinking Maps model is an effective way of teaching.
