Tasks can be created in communities or groups and given titles, due dates, descriptions, and attached documents. Parent tasks provide an overview of related subtasks' progress by displaying the overall status. Community tasks can be updated by any member, while group tasks are only editable by group members and managers. Tasks are displayed on the community page sorted by priority and can be filtered to show individual or group-specific tasks.

watchers & assignees.

9. Public group tasks will be
visible to all community
members.
Private tasks will only show
up to group members.
