The document outlines several risks associated with filming a canine photoshoot in the field and proposed solutions to mitigate each risk. The risks included tripping hazards from tree roots, stinging hazards from nettles, slippery conditions from rain, equipment damage from bad weather or dropping, people getting cold, and eyesight hazards from looking into the sun. Proposed solutions involved pointing out hazards, clearing paths, carrying first aid kits and remedies, ensuring suitable clothing and footwear, checking weather forecasts, securely attaching equipment, and wearing sunglasses. The document recommends contacting parents or teachers about any issues or damages.

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

Task B - Risk Assessment
1. Risk Assessment
Task Risk Risk Rating – How likely? (5
being very likely.)
Solution Contacts
Filming in the
Field – Canine
Corner
Tripping Hazard – Could trip over
tree roots and potentially hurt
themselves badly.
4/5 Point out to everyone that there is a
tripping hazard ahead and tell them to be
careful where they step so they don’t fall
over. Carry a small first aid kit around to
stop the problem from happening.
Contact my parents at home and
then tell them about the whole
situation and then see if there is
anything that they can do to fix it.
Stinging Hazard – Could get stung by
stinging nettles on the way to the
area where the photoshoot is
happening.
3/5 Point out the hazards ahead to everyone
and tell them to be careful before they
enter the area. Another solution to this is
to also clear out the path beforehand to
make sure that there is a minimum chance
that it will happen. Carry some sting
remediesaswell to minimize pain when It
does happen.
Weather Hazard - Could rain and
then the surrounding area could
become wet and slippery.
4/5 Make sure that the clothing that the
people are wearingis suitable as coats and
other items however also make sure that
the people are wearing shoes that have
good grip.
Equipment / Weather Hazard – The
equipment could get damaged due
to bad weatherorpotentiallypeople
dropping it.
4/5 – Weather
2/5 – People
To solve this I will inform people that they
have to wear the strap provided with the
cameras so they will not drop it and also
make sure whenitis attachedto the tripod
that the tripod is comfortably on a flat bit
of ground and that it is locked in properly.
For the weather make sure that when we
are taking photos, we look at the forecast
for the day to see if it not raining and if it
does then don’t go out and film cause of
damaged equipment.
Contact Mrs Jones or Miss
Maughan about the damaged
equipment and then explain to
themthe whole situationandwhat
we could do to prevent.
2. Filming in the
Field – Canine
Corner
Weather Hazard – People could
potentially get very cold.
3/5 Make sure that I tell everyone to were
suitable clothingandtowrap up inmultiple
layers to prevent this from happening.
Contact parents to tell them about
the situation at hand and see if
there is anything that can be done
about the situation at hand.Eyesight Hazard – Looking into the
eye line of the sun could potentially
damage eyesight and won’t be able
to see well for a couple minutes.
5/5 Make sure that I tell them to steady
themselveswhilst they gain their eyesight
back to 20/20 to preventanyotherhazards
from happening. Also make sure to not
make them stare directly into the sun as it
could blind them if they look at it for too
long. Finally, I could make them wear
sunglasses to prevent these two things
from happening although the first one
could potentially still happen but is less
likely.
