For availing the above Education loan, annual parental income of the beneficiaries should not exceed Rs.81,000/- in rural areas and Rs.1,03,000/- in urban areas. For those minority students whose study in abroad a loan amount of Rs.4 lakh per annum is sanctioned upto a maximum of Rs.20 lakh for a maximum period of 5 years at 3% interest per annum as per the above income criteria.
