Her short term goals are to take advanced English classes and accounting/QuickBooks training, with long term aims of obtaining her bachelor's degree in accounting and advancing from bookkeeper to accountant. Zhvania discussed her strengths in restoration, individualization, empathy, competition, and figuring things out according to her Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. She highlighted accomplishments through the program and expanding her professional network 25-fold. Her long term work plan is to be a community college student within a year, experienced bookkeeper in two years, and working as an accountant
