The document describes TalentCampus, an innovative pedagogical program supported by PRES Bourgogne Franche-Comté that aims to help learners reveal, develop, and capitalize on their talents. The outputs of this work have been analysed and compared to identify relevant parameters and success factors for classifying and comparing these initiatives.
