1) The study evaluated the efficacy of weed control in glyphosate-resistant maize under different treatment conditions in Poland.
2) Weed counts showed that treatments containing glyphosate effectively controlled most weed species, while a standard herbicide was also effective.

Soil is a very complex, inter-related community of microorganisms which influence physico-chemical properties and vice-versa. This study was undertaken to enumerate the culturable populations of various agriculturally important microorganisms from the soils of West Bengal. Three agro-ecological sub-regions (AESRs) were considered for this purpose, which show variation in physiography, climate and environment. The sampling of soils was done from June to July, 2015. Higher bacterial and actinomycetes populations were observed in soil samples from AESR 15.1, while in AESR 18.5 a higher fungal population was observed. This reflects the general observation that these two regions are more fertile than AESR 12.3, which is predominantly hot and dry. In AESR 12.3 and AESR 15.1, the abundance of actinomycetes in soil was found to be higher than that of fungi, indicating a significant influence of weather on the culturable microbial populations. Diversity indices were used to quantify the existing microbial diversity. It was noticed that the Ganga eastern plain showed the highest Shannon-Wiener index (0.302) of diversity while the Chhotanagpur plateau showed the lowest value (0.286). The Eastern coastal plain displayed the highest Simpson’s index of diversity (0.373) whereas the Ganga eastern plain showed the lowest value (0.350), indicating varying patterns of species richness and evenness among the three regions. The patterns of correlation between the microbes and soil properties were also noted and interpreted. This study reveals microbial diversity of soil to be a dynamic property, subject to various influencing factors.

The treatment of 1.0 NaOCl (Sodium hypochloride) (W/v) solution 1 minute to 10 minute time duration. These treated explant washed trice with double distilled water and cultured in MS (Murashige and skoog) medium. In this experiment auxin 2, 4-D, NAA and cytokinin BAP, Kinetin were used for optimization of maximum callus induction.
Shoot apex explant culturing callus induction maximum callus is produced when MS medium with 3.0 mg/l, 2, 4-D and BAP 0.5 mg/l, the optimized physical condition has to be maintain throughout the experiment. In this study about 30 to 35% mature sotmatic embryos germinated after sub culture from shoot apex. Different concentration and combination of NAA, IAA, IBA and BAP were used to inducted rooting on MS based medium. When the hight in vitro shoot, were reached up to 8 cm with healthy shooted roots, the plants were ready for hardening. The complete protocol for somatic embryogenesis, shoot induction, root induction up to hardening.

This paper presents Reef, a system for generating publicly verifiable succinct non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs that a committed document matches or does not match a regular expression. We describe applications such as proving the strength of passwords, the provenance of email despite redactions, the validity of oblivious DNS queries, and the existence of mutations in DNA. Reef supports the Perl Compatible Regular Expression syntax, including wildcards, alternation, ranges, capture groups, Kleene star, negations, and lookarounds. Reef introduces a new type of automata, Skipping Alternating Finite Automata (SAFA), that skips irrelevant parts of a document when producing proofs without undermining soundness, and instantiates SAFA with a lookup argument. Our experimental evaluation confirms that Reef can generate proofs for documents with 32M characters; the proofs are small and cheap to verify (under a second).

This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation. Through concrete examples, we demonstrate the potential of epistemic interaction to significantly advance human-computer interaction by leveraging intuitive human communication strategies to inform system design and functionality, offering a novel pathway for enriching user-system engagements.

30. Conclusions
Experimental field was infested mainly by following weed
species: Chenopodium album, Viola arvensis, Papaver rhoeas,
Echinochloa crus galli, Elymus repens.
Treatments with Roundup Ready and Guardian Max 840 EC +
Roundup Ready were very effective against all weed species.
Standard herbicide Lumax 537,5 SC applied at BBCH 12‐13
gave similar effect compared to treatments with glyphosate.
The system of weed control did not influence yield of maize.
In soil samples 8 weed species were found (Papaver rhoeas,
Chenopodium album and Echinochloa crus galli were most
abundant).
