This document contains questions asking the recipient about their experience with a program called T3, asking which ideas they connected with most, which ideas they have tried in the classroom more than once, and what aspects of their learning they would most like to embed in their practice. It also asks which T3 sessions they would like to continue, what new topics they would like to see, and if they would be willing to facilitate a T3 session.
