Een van de maatschappelijke organisaties waar ik mijn diensten graag ter beschikking aan stel is de Prinses Maxima Manege in Den Dolder. Zij gebruiken mijn fotografie op hun website, folders en tijdens hun fundraising pitches. Aan de hand van mijn foto’s kunnen zij hun verhaal vertellen en fondsen werven.
Equiboost organiseert een intensieve beroepsopleiding tot paardencoach, die gespreid is over 3 jaar. Na de tiendaagse Filly Class kan u al starten met paardencoaching voor een aantal doelgroepen, dit op het niveau van gedrag en competenties. Gaandeweg zal u steeds ingewikkelder thema's kunnen begeleiden en leert u coachen op het niveau van waarden, overtuigingen, identiteit (Seabiscuit Class) en missie (Oro's Class).
Er is geen enkele voorkennis, noch van paarden, noch van coachen vereist om deze opleiding te volgen. Alles wordt stap voor stap uitgelegd. In de loop van deze driejarige beroepsopleiding krijgt u onder meer de meest bruikbare elementen aangereikt uit NLP, het enneagram, de systemiek, de transpersoonlijke psychologie, de symboliek, e.a. met telkens een terugkoppeling naar de paarden. Diverse oefeningen laten u toe de band met uw paarden te versterken, zodat u dag na dag meer en meer een wordt met uw kudde, wat essentieel is om optimale resultaten in paardencoaching te bekomen. Tegelijk ondergaat u o.a. via bewustzijnsverruimende technieken zelf een diepgaand transformatieproces. Tussentijdse opdrachten en intervisies maken integraal deel uit van deze bijzonder intensieve training tot paardencoach.
1. Workshop Systemisch Coachen met paarden
Op 3 en 4 september verzorgen Anne Krista van Spiegelend Paard en Jim Rietdijk en
Marie José de Vreede van CIO samen met het team viervoeters van Anne Krista een
workshop systemisch coachen met paarden.
Het begon als een idee. Zou dat kunnen? Systemisch werken met paarden? Hoe zou dat
zijn? In het coachen met paarden spiegelen paarden de emoties en achterliggende
drijfveren van mensen. Zou een kudde paarden dan misschien het systeem van de mens
spiegelen? Of spiegelt het paard misschien iemand uit het systeem van de mens die aan
het werk is? En als we daar dan vanuit gaan? Wat krijgen we dan te zien. Welke
betekenis geef ik daar als systemisch coach aan en welke betekenis heeft dat dan voor
de cliënt?
Met deze en andere vragen zijn we op een mooie ochtend de wei in gelopen. Paarden
maken contact op 15 meter afstand. Wij mensen hebben daar ongeveer 1,5 meter voor.
Toen wij met zijn drieën de wei met paarden naderden zijn we op 15 meter gestopt. We
gingen ervan uit dat de paarden ons spiegelden. We zagen dat er nieuwsgierigheid was
en onrust, onduidelijkheid bij de paarden. Wij wisten ook nog niet hoe we met elkaar
zouden gaan samenwerken en hoe wij ons tot elkaar verhielden en dat was duidelijk te
zien bij de paarden. Dit onderzoek vraagt van onszelf transparantie naar elkaar. Later
hebben we een opstelling gedaan met paarden voor een cliënt. Dit bleek van grote
waarde voor de cliënt.
Wij hebben zelf zoveel plezier, ontroering en liefde ervaren tijdens dit onderzoek dat we
jou graag de kans geven dit ook te ervaren. Wat we bieden is twee dagen waarin je
getuige, deelgenoot en representant kunt zijn in het werk van anderen en waarin je zelf
diepgaand aan de slag kan met je eigen issues. Het levert je een belangrijke stap in je
persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling op. Je hoeft geen verstand van paarden te
hebben en ook ervaring met paarden is niet vereist.
De workshop is heel praktisch van aard en je leert al doende. We werken in een
prachtige omgeving die uitnodigd tot onthaasten en genieten. De paarden brengen je in
