Sylva is a relaxed-schema graph database composed of several components: Sylva Data for data insertion and management based on concept relations instead of tables, Sylva Visualization for static and interactive network visualizations of the data, and Sylva Analysis for exploring connections and patterns in the data. Steroids are tools to help users import data into Sylva and export data to other formats, and for developers to connect Python tools to Neo4j and export data from SQL databases to graph format. The goal is to create an open-source and useful tool for researchers to discuss, analyze, and understand relationships in cultural data.
