6 Kwa maana kuna mbwa-mwitu wengi wanaoonekana kustahili
kuaminiwa kwa anasa za uongo huwateka mateka wale wakimbiao
katika njia ya Mungu; lakini katika mapatano hawatapata nafasi.
7 Basi, jiepusheni na mboga mbovu ambazo Yesu havivishi; kwa
sababu hayo si mashamba ya Baba. Si kwamba nimeona mafarakano
yo yote kwenu, bali ni usafi wa kila namna.
8 Kwani wote walio wa Mungu, na wa Yesu Kristo, wako pia pamoja
na askofu wao. Na kadiri wengi watakavyorudi kwa toba katika
umoja wa kanisa, hata hawa pia watakuwa watumishi wa Mungu, ili

1 Ndugu zangu, upendo nilio nao kwenu wanifanya kuwa mkuu zaidi;

hatari; au afadhali si mimi, bali Yesu Kristo; ambaye ndani yake
mimi nazidi kuogopa, kama bado naendelea kuteswa.
2 Lakini maombi yenu kwa Mungu yatanikamilisha ili nipate kufika
sehemu ambayo Mungu amenijalia kwa rehema yake: Nikikimbilia
Injili kama mwili wa Kristo; na kwa Mitume kuhusu wazee wa
kanisa.
3 Acheni pia tuwapende manabii, kwa vile wao pia wametuongoza
kwa Injili, na kumtumaini Kristo, na kumtarajia.
4 ambaye katika yeye pia waliokolewa katika umoja wa Yesu Kristo;
kwa kuwa ni watu watakatifu, wanaostahili kupendwa na kustaajabu;
5 ambao tumepokea ushuhuda kutoka kwa Yesu Kristo, na

6 Lakini mtu akiwahubiria Sheria ya Kiyahudi, msimsikilize; kwa
maana ni afadhali kupokea mafundisho ya Kristo kutoka kwa mtu

7 Lakini ikiwa mmoja au mwingine hawasemi juu ya Kristo Yesu,
wanaonekana kwangu kuwa ni makaburi na makaburi ya wafu,
ambayo juu yake yameandikwa majina ya watu tu.
8 Basi, zikimbieni mambo mabaya na mitego ya mkuu wa
ulimwengu huu; msije mkaonewa na ujanja wake mkapoa katika

usiogawanyika.
9 Nami namshukuru Mungu wangu kwa kuwa nina dhamiri njema

kujivunia waziwazi au kwa siri, kwamba nimemlemea katika mengi
au madogo.
10 Na ninatamani kwa wote ambao nimezungumza kati yao, ili isiwe
shahidi dhidi yao.
11 Maana ingawa wengine walitaka kunidanganya kwa jinsi ya
mwili, lakini roho haidanganyiki; kwa maana hujua unakotoka na
unakokwenda, tena huzikemea siri za moyo.
12 Nililia nilipokuwa kati yenu; Nilizungumza kwa sauti kuu:
hudumia askofu, na baraza kuu, na mashemasi.
13 Baadhi ya watu walidhani kwamba nimesema haya kama
nilivyoona kimbele mgawanyiko utakaokuja kati yenu.
14 Lakini yeye ni shahidi wangu ambaye kwa ajili yake nimefungwa

3 Basi, kama mkikubali, si vigumu kwenu kufanya hivyo kwa neema
ya Mungu; kama vile makanisa mengine jirani yamewatuma, baadhi
ya maaskofu, baadhi ya mapadre na mashemasi.
4 Kwa habari ya Filo, shemasi wa Kilikia, mtu aliyestahili sana, bado
