form verb.

of the verb.

or, neither … nor, the verb agrees with the nearer
subject.

When a compound subject is composed of an
affirmative and a negative statement, the verb
AGREES with the affirmative.

A subject separated from the verb by an
expression (with, along with, as well as, together
with, in addition to, including, accompanied by, in
cooperation with, etc.) does not change its
number.
