10. Angels as God’s Messenger
Angels appear in forms of human being,
specifically as adult men made visible and not
with wings to announce God’s message to the
people of God. In Hebrew 13:2, tells “do not neglect
to show hospitality to strangers for thereby some
have entertain angels unawares” like Abraham and
Lot.

 Consider the case of the prophet Elisha and his servant,
who were surrounded by an entire Syrian army.The
terrified servant asked Elisha what they should do, and
Elisha told him they had no need to worry because
God’s army are more than the Syrians army (2 Kings
6:11-17).

times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands”.

Since angels are God’s ministering spirit to serve
Him and humankind hence they are not to be
worship as God.Worshiping angels is tantamount
of idolatry which against the commandments of
God.
Apostle John in Revelation 22 was told by the angel
not to worship him since he is co-servant but
worship only God (read Rev. 22:6-9)
