2. INTRODUCTION
 A Utah-based health care executive, Gregory “Greg” Angle
serves as president of HCA Mountain Division, which operates
hospitals in Utah, Idaho, and Alaska. Outside of his professional
activities, Greg Angle maintains membership in Mountain Life
Church in Park City.
In addition to offering weekly Bible-centered worship services
for individuals and families, Mountain Life Church oversees
several life groups to help members grow spiritually with the
help of others. The church also offers support groups for those
working to overcome various issues in their personal lives.
Mountain Life Church’s support groups meet regularly and are
led by Mountain Life Church’s Care Team. Currently, the church
offers ongoing groups focused on addiction recovery and
cancer support.

3. MOUNTAIN LIFE CHURCH
 With meetings held weekly, the church’s Celebrate Recovery
group follows a faith-based 12-step program to maintain
sobriety and resolve addiction-related problems. Group
participants meet at the church each Wednesday from 5:30 p.m.
to 7 p.m. On the first Thursday of each month, the church hosts
the Encouragement through Cancer group, which is designed
for individuals with cancer and their families. Group meetings
are held from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Alongside its ongoing support groups, Mountain Life Church
offers additional support programming throughout the year. In
the fall, the church hosts support groups for those experiencing
divorce or separation, the loss of a loved one, or challenges
related to single parenting.
