"THE GENIUS OF THE TANK"
SAVES FUEL!
SAVES ENVIRONMENT!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
First, we should understand that fuel molecules (hydrogen and carbon) in the fuel tank, tend to collect and group
together. Because of this, when fuel enters the engine, there is an inefficient mix of fuel atoms and oxygen. For this
reason the fuel is not burned cleanly and part of it is emitted as exhaust pollution.
Effectively, this is wasted fuel and energy.
Supertech, when in contact with the fuel, and thanks to the vibrations of the vehicle and the aspiration of the fuel
pump, emits far infrared electromagnetic radiation that causes a weakening of intermolecular groups (Van der
Waals forces), so improving the efficiency of the fuel/oxygen mix. This results in a cleaner burn and substantially
reduces poisonous gas emissions of CO and HC. In this way, less fuel is used to create the same energy and so
there is a saving of fuel costs.
There exists a direct relationship between emissions and fuel consumption. Every 10% reduction in emissions
equivalent to approximately 1.6% reduction in fuel consumption (DIRECTIVE EEC 93/116). Therefore, proof of the
reduction of exhaust gas emissions is a great way to know that you are also saving fuel.
Home
RESULTS
 EFFECTIVE REDUCTION OF CONSUMPTION FROM 6% TO 12%
 EMISSION REDUCTION OF GAS DISCHARGE UP TO 75%
 MORE POWER AND LIFE OF THE ENGINE
 LESS MAINTENANCE COSTS
Tested according to Directive 93/116 EEC and
protocol SAE J 1321.
HOW DO I GET THESE RESULTS?
Solving the problem of incomplete combustion, depends on two factors:
1) The Stequiometric Ratio
The stequiometric λ is the perfect relationship between the mass of combustion air (oxygen)
and fuel. In general, for each kg of fuel, you need to send 14.7 kg of oxygen, 14 kg for each
kg of diesel, for alcohol 9kg, and 34kg for every kilogram of hydrogen. When the air / fuel
ratio is * perfect * λ takes the value 1.
Theoretically, if the combustion was complete, all the oxygen atoms are combined with
those of hydrogen and carbon of the fuel, the exhaust gases are composed of carbon
dioxide, water (in the form of steam) and nitrogen.
Inevitably, however, the emissions from combustion engines are:
 •CO carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas.
 •CO2 carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide).
 •NOx oxides of nitrogen.
 •UHC unburned hydrocarbons.
 •PM particulate matter (in charge of smoke)
MAJOR SUBSTANCES FROM ENGINES
 CARBON MONOXIDE ( CO )
If within the combustion chamber of the engine had a complete combustion would result the
formation of carbon dioxide CO2.
The presence of CO is a sign of incomplete combustion.
 UNBURNED HYDROCARBONS ( UHC )
Unburned hydrocarbons are mainly by fuel that does not take part in combustion and are
dependent on the ratio of air / fuel mixture.
The complete combustion decreases the (UHC).
 NITROGEN OXIDES (NOx)
NOx is a mixture of NO (98%) and NO2 (about 2%) and depend on the correct ratio of air/fuel
mixture.
 PARTICULATE MATTER (PM)
It consists of solid particles with a diameter of 10 to 100 microns.
The issuance amount is relatively small at low and medium loads, while at full load
(acceleration), the issue is consistent.
Particulate matter is formed only in diesel and gasoline direct injection. Diesel engines are
almost all retained by the particulate filter before being ejected, when the filter is saturated,
with regeneration.
Supertech, optimizing combustion, greatly reduces emission and carbon residues that are a
real problem especially in diesel engines, because they lead to a loss of money for
maintenance of injectors and a particulate filter.
WHAT HAPPENS WHILE ELIMINATING CARBON RESIDUE?
BEFORE AFTER
THE CHIMNEY SWEEPER EFFECT
Supertech reduces the formation of carbon residues. Along with the miles begins the "chimney
sweeps" effect, virtually the cleaning of the whole pipe on the expulsion of exhaust gases, from the
combustion chamber to the muffler. The start and duration depend on the age of the vehicle, from type
and use; it changes from vehicle to vehicle.

2) Forces of aggregation, Law of Van Der Waals
Dutch physicist, Van Der Waals - Nobel Prize winner in 1910 discovered the strength of intermolecular
attraction. They are weak forces of attraction due to disruption of the electron cloud (induced dipoles),
the law for which the molecules H and C being aggregated by this force, prevent an optimal interaction
with oxygen, creating unburned hydrocarbons. The weakening of intermolecular bonds thus enhances
the combustion process.
FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLE OF SUPERTECH
SUPERTECH, due to vibration, emits infrared electromagnetic radiation that causes a weakening of
the intermolecular bond; this improves the interaction with the oxygen, thus achieving an almost
perfect combustion. The infrared radiation is energy that is part of the spectrum of electromagnetic
waves and is generated by the vibration of molecules. All objects emit infrared energy.
It is known that the heat dilates the body and the infrared heat waves expands and loosen the
intermolecular bonds (van der Waals's law), allowing more and better interaction with the oxygen.
WHY DOES SUPERTECH WORK IN THE NEW GENERATION ENGINES?
1. For modern engines to ensure complete combustion they would not need the muffler, which serves to keep the
exhaust gases from internal combustion engines that are harmful to health and the environment.
2. It’s demonstrated that in modern engines, as in all others, unburned hydrocarbons are generated during
combustion. This means that part of the fuel entering in the combustion chamber, is ejected without being burned.
The chemical reaction
between oxygen and
petrol, i.e. combustion,
never occurs in a perfect
manner. Firstly, there will
be a small amount of fuel
not burnt...”
WHAT ARE THE EXHAUST GAS COMPOUNDS?
CO, Co2, NO x, HC, Pm
WHAT IS HC?
Fuel entering the combustion chamber that is ejected
without being burned
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SUPERTECH REDUCES EMISSIONS?
FUEL CONSUMPTION IS REDUCED!
There is a direct relationship
between emissions and
consumptions. Every 10%
reduction in emissions are
equivalent to 1.5-1.6% reduction in
consumption.
93/116 EEC LEGISLATION
LESS GAS EMISSION = LESS FUEL CONSUMPTION
Make sure Supertech is positioned with one hand on the bottom of the tank and
with the other raised about 3/4 cm, so as to allow the device to vibrate.
The vibration is a primary condition for its operation.

  • 10. WHAT HAPPENS WHILE ELIMINATING CARBON RESIDUE? BEFORE AFTER THE CHIMNEY SWEEPER EFFECT Supertech reduces the formation of carbon residues. Along with the miles begins the "chimney sweeps" effect, virtually the cleaning of the whole pipe on the expulsion of exhaust gases, from the combustion chamber to the muffler. The start and duration depend on the age of the vehicle, from type and use; it changes from vehicle to vehicle. START AND DURATION Diameter exhaust Vehicle type Motorcycle Car Vans Trucks/Busses Heavy machine Km covered Up 3 to 500 Up 4.000 to 5.000 Up 10 to 15.000 Up 40 to 40.000
  • 11. 2) Forces of aggregation, Law of Van Der Waals Dutch physicist, Van Der Waals - Nobel Prize winner in 1910 discovered the strength of intermolecular attraction. They are weak forces of attraction due to disruption of the electron cloud (induced dipoles), the law for which the molecules H and C being aggregated by this force, prevent an optimal interaction with oxygen, creating unburned hydrocarbons. The weakening of intermolecular bonds thus enhances the combustion process. FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLE OF SUPERTECH SUPERTECH, due to vibration, emits infrared electromagnetic radiation that causes a weakening of the intermolecular bond; this improves the interaction with the oxygen, thus achieving an almost perfect combustion. The infrared radiation is energy that is part of the spectrum of electromagnetic waves and is generated by the vibration of molecules. All objects emit infrared energy. It is known that the heat dilates the body and the infrared heat waves expands and loosen the intermolecular bonds (van der Waals's law), allowing more and better interaction with the oxygen.
  • 12. WHY DOES SUPERTECH WORK IN THE NEW GENERATION ENGINES? 1. For modern engines to ensure complete combustion they would not need the muffler, which serves to keep the exhaust gases from internal combustion engines that are harmful to health and the environment. 2. It’s demonstrated that in modern engines, as in all others, unburned hydrocarbons are generated during combustion. This means that part of the fuel entering in the combustion chamber, is ejected without being burned. The chemical reaction between oxygen and petrol, i.e. combustion, never occurs in a perfect manner. Firstly, there will be a small amount of fuel not burnt...”
  • 13. WHAT ARE THE EXHAUST GAS COMPOUNDS? CO, Co2, NO x, HC, Pm WHAT IS HC? Fuel entering the combustion chamber that is ejected without being burned WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SUPERTECH REDUCES EMISSIONS? FUEL CONSUMPTION IS REDUCED!
  • 14. There is a direct relationship between emissions and consumptions. Every 10% reduction in emissions are equivalent to 1.5-1.6% reduction in consumption. 93/116 EEC LEGISLATION LESS GAS EMISSION = LESS FUEL CONSUMPTION
  • 15. Make sure Supertech is positioned with one hand on the bottom of the tank and with the other raised about 3/4 cm, so as to allow the device to vibrate. The vibration is a primary condition for its operation. Quick and easy installation
