The rabbit was eager to participate in the running race at the upcoming Spring Festival. He trained and prepared. On the day of the race, the rabbit was running neck and neck with the squirrel and fox. When the squirrel stumbled and hurt himself near the finish line, the fox continued running to win but the rabbit stopped to help his injured friend. Though he lost the race, the rabbit was honored for demonstrating friendship was more important than winning. The moral of the story is that friendship and helping others is more significant than winning or losing a competition.
