Supports the basic option for uploading coordinates by automatically converting
Gerber data files.
Allows coordinate upload and edit just by moving the mouse over a PCB image,
and supports the option for fine-tuning an insert position through the automatic
teaching of the camera.

4. STANDARD FEATURES
• EI-01 consists of 2 Heads for Eyelet pin and 1 Head for GT pin.
• This insertion machine maximizes efficiency of process by integrating three insertion processes of odd form components into a process.

• EI-01은 Eyelet Pin을 삽입하는 헤드 2개와 GT Pin을 삽입하는 헤드 1개로 구성됩니다.
• 이형부품 세 개의 삽입공정을 하나로 통합시킴으로써 공정의 효율성을 극대화 시킨 설비입니다.

5. VISION SYSTEM
The Vision system makes it possible to view the insertion in the hole center,
with a high degree of precision.
• FUNCTION FOR DETECTION OF INCORRECT PCB DIRECTION FLOW
Detects incorrect PCB flow with the Vision system after the PCB moves into the
X-Y Table.
• FUNCTION FOR PCB ALIGNMENT CORRECTION
Detects the Fiducial mark, once the PCB moves into the Table, and correctly
adjusts the coordinate system, which is relevant for insertion.
• OTHER FUNCTIONS FOR COORDINATE REVIEW AND CORRECTION
Reviews all PCB holes and adjusts its exact location according to coordinates.
