Yonduck Sung received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has extensive experience conducting research on multiphase turbulent reactive flows, including using large eddy simulation to model TiO2 nanoparticle evolution in turbulent flames. He has expertise in combustion modeling techniques like LES and DNS, as well as computational tools like Fluent, Chemkin, and programming languages. Sung would be a strong candidate for numerical combustion research positions thanks to his relevant educational background and research experience simulating combustion chemistry and multiphase flows.
