Our work flow Gameart Research and development Game Design Document Creating assets Creating sprite sheets As per to the idea research is done and different elements related to the idea are collected as refrences so as to help in understanding the idea even better. All the research and concept sketches are then put together to create a GDD (Game Design Document). Here everything regarding to the game is explained in detail . This helps later on when the work is divided so others may be in sync with the main idea and not go on a different path while making a certain element or art. GDD After creating the GDD the work is divided among the designers.As per to the requirment the designers then begin to create the assets for the game.
