st.pullout

The document provides instructions for pulling a station out of service, including tripping all 6.6kV equipment, isolating steam supply to the condenser to kill the vacuum, isolating the ejector steam side and opening the pilot ejector air valve. It also instructs starting the BFP, OSU, JOP in ALOP mode, opening the hand barring cover, starting manual hand barring every 15 minutes for 180 degree rotation, and getting concurrence before restarting any 6.6kV equipment after resuming station supply.
