Other obvious findings
• Hypothesis: Those who have Vacant Space are more using
electricity. In other words, their usage in the electricity and
their size of vacant space is similar.
• 0.735, p value 0.001, so their
opinion is likely going the
same direction.
• This maybe because they are
factories, farmers or someone
who owns huge space.
Critical discovery
• Hypothesis: Those who feel the electricity bill expensive might
have higher electricity usage.
• Result: Their opinion is different. People who think electricity is
expensive doesn’t actually use a lot of electricity.
• Inference: Those who use small electricity still feel their electricity bill is
expensive.
So people with small electricity bill
could still be our clients?
• Yes.
• Paired T-test proves that the respondents’ ‘attitude’ towards compensation
and electricity usage are different(P value of 0.01 is widely accepted as valid in
social science). As continual findings to our previous hypothesis, even if
people’s electricity usage is low, people still want to participate as long as they
are compensated fairly.
• People want Money than saving electricity bill.

could be generously made, they could participate the
