• Stonebridge believes all organisations
should give something back to the
community
• We believe this can be achieved in many
different ways
• We believe this not only creates a healthy
community, but a healthy workforce as
well
• We encourage all our employees to
participate in our “pay it forward” program

Pay it Forward Program
• Our pay it forward program allows staff to
nominate charities that we, as an organisation
will support
• The staff member is then able to nominate the
type of support we would give
• This can vary from direct financial giving, to the
giving of our time and skills (employees are
allowed time off to assist their chosen charity)
• Our methods of support are as varied as the
charities and community groups that we get
involved with!

Community Stories
• Children's Promise needed a new web site
• Stonebridge offered to help through the
Good Company Wish program
• Stonebridge built and deployed a new web
site for Children's promise at no charge
• The relationship has continued with
Stonebridge providing ongoing support at
no charge!

Community Stories
• House with No Steps needed a new Intranet –
that also took account of the specific
requirements of their dis-abled workforce
• Stonebridge was able to source an enterprise
class solution (Elcom) at no cost to HWNS
• Stonebridge then delivered the new intranet at
cost – allowing for many of the staff with
disabilities in the
design and deployment

Community Stories
• The Ride To Conquer Cancer is an event where
all funds go to Peter MacCallum cancer research
to fight cancer. The Melbourne ride alone raised
$6.2 Mill in 2012
• Stonebridge CEO Craig Broadbent raised
$3,200 in the 2012 ride, and is on track to raise
over $20,000 for the 2013 ride.
• Stonebridge has supported this ride with cash
donations and with a new Stonebridge Systems
branded rider kit

• Vision Australia Radio is associated with Vision
Australia, an organisation responsible for the
support vision impaired people in the community
• When they received a grant for a complete new
web site, they realised it would not be enough
money to complete the project
• Stonebridge stepped in and provided a complete
service for just the amount of the grant,
contributing significantly more time at no
additional cost

• Bendigo Community Banks have boards that run
specific franchises.
• Stonebridge has released CEO Craig Broadbent
to allow him time to be on the board of the
Heathmont and Ringwood East Bendigo Bank
• Craig is able to provide his considerable years of
executive experience and deep IT knowledge to
assist these community bank
• So far, these branches alone
have returned over $1.5Mill
to the local Maroondah
community!

• Cheryl Bellamy is a Senior Manager at
Stonebridge and supports the Relay for Life
every year
• This year (as in past years), Cheryl was
sponsored by Stonebridge Systems in this
fantastic event that raises money for the Cancer
Council
• Cheryl completed the event dressed as Minnie
Mouse with her Disney themed team

our community and throughout Australia
