4. Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship
Benefits in 2023-2024:

• No tuition fees with monthly stipend of HUF 43,700 and
candidate will get Medical Insurance.
• Medical insurance for up to HUF 65,000 (cca EUR 153) for 12
months per person is given.
• For PhD Programs in Hungary:
o No tuition fees with monthly stipend of HUF 140,000 for the
first 2 semesters and for last 2 semesters you will get 180000.
o The candidate will get Medical Insurance

5. Eligibility Criteria
• A diploma from a secondary school must be shown by
applicants for a bachelor's degree.
• Candidates need to have an outstanding academic history.
• Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree before applying
for a master's degree.
• Candidates should hold a master's degree before enrolling
for doctorate degrees.
• Candidates must possess a certificate of student status
issued by the sending/home university in order to apply for
a one-tier or non-degree programme.
• Candidates must be proposed by the relevant authorities of
the sending partner nations.

• Fill the form accurately.
• After submitting the application on the
Tempus Foundation website, the applicants
need to apply also through the sending
partner of the countries they belong to.
