The market action index has been trending down lately while inventory and days on market are climbing. The trends imply the Valencia CA single family housing real estate market are weakening a bit. Reference to the Supply and demand in Valencia CA, during the past few weeks, the Valencia CA market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. However, inventory is sufficiently low to continue keeping us in a sellers real estate market. But be prepared that we should fall back into a buyers market with more inventory and buyers slowing their approach to the Valencia CA real estate procurement. Valencia CA market metrics for the Santa Clarita Valley city of Valencia. We have been compiling the data since 1 year ago. During our compilation, we have seen the market move to and fro. The numbers of homes sales are down, as compared with one year ago. There is also a noteable increase reference to properties that are under contract versus one year ago in Valencia CA. We also have a slight uptick of real estate listings that are for sale versus February of 2013. A lot more Valencia CA real estate sellers are not getting their homes selling within contractual timeframes, most of the reasons are reference to their listing prices being too high.
