To access reports and analytics in a Fusion instance, click the Tools tab and select Reports and Analytics. This will display a list of favorite reports; clicking on a report like Absence Top Employees allows filtering by parameters like business unit, department, and year. Reports can be printed or added to favorites, and non-favorite reports can be found by clearing filters and drilling down through shared folders.

1. Login to Fusion Instance
Click on ‘>’ sign to get to ‘Tools tab’

2. Once in the ‘Tools’ tab click on ‘Reports and Analytics’ icon
It will take you to the Reports and Analytics Page

3. Here it is showing the list of Favorites Reports. Click on Any Report to open the Report. For e.g click on
‘Absence Top Employees’ (first on the above list). It has different Parameters like Business Unit(Salary
unit), Department, Year.
Now to take a print out, click on Print button at the bottom

4. All the options of Printing format will be listed. Select any one.

5. Click on Done button at the top right hand corner.
In similar way, we can view different Reports which are marked as Favorites.

6. To open any Report which are not marked as Favorites. Click on ‘Clear Filters’

7. Click on Shared Folder
Then scroll down and click on ‘Human Capital Management’
Then Scroll Down and click on ‘Workforce Management’

8. Then click on ‘Transactional Analysis Samples’

9. Here there are list of Reports under each Folder. E.g. ‘Length of Service Diversity’

10. To mark this Report as a Favorites, click on star mark at the left
