3. The Wells Fargo statement or downloaded activities is the basis for allowing
Finance team to know the direct deposits.
Go to www.stripe.com
Go to Dashboard
Payments
Choose the prior date transaction that is most likely to match the transfer
General rule is: 2 days after the Stripe transaction, it gets transferred to
Wells Fargo

4. If the amount matches the direct deposit in Wells, click on Amount figure

5. Print to a pdf, save to Stripe folder in Finance workpaper
Desired format: yyyy-mm-dd-xxx
optional, save a screenshot.
Print to paper for support for Finance support
Enter transaction in Blackbaud
You may have to coordinate with Development team
Donor Relations Manager for Individuals and Special Events
Director of Grants for Foundations and Corporation Contributions

6. Export the blackbaud transaction and save in Finance

Yyyy-mm-dd-deposit.xlsx (the date of the deposit to bank)
Right click on tab
Move/copy
click on box “Create a copy”
Delete the unrelated transactions.

Left section: Insert File Path
Right section: Insert sheet name

7. Change Portrait Orientation to Landscape
Change Normal Margins to Narrow
Page Setup
Fit to 1 page wide 1 tall
Ok
Click on Home button
Delete unnecessary columns like Reverse in Year and Reverse in
Period
Highlight area to print
Page Layout
Print Area
Set Print Area
File
Print
Page Setup
Scaling of 73% or more is visible

8. Attach the Donations Journal Entry with Stripe support
File in Deposit of the month folder.
Donations batch of the month
Debit Bank (as it appears in the bank)
Debit Bank Fees
Credit (i.e., 01-42200-000 Registration) Project ID: (drop down)

9. Email to Donor Relations Manager – Rocio@puente.org
