Body Intelligence
Conscious
Unconscious
Creativity results from the interaction
(the space in between)
of the unconscious (possibility)
and the conscious (choice)!
Breathing
• Progressively relax your whole body
• Become aware of your breath: Deep in - and out
• Shift to coherent breathing: 5 count in – 5 count out
• Shift your focus to the area around your heart—now feel your
breath coming in through your heart, down your spine and out
through your centre
• Practice breathing this way a few times to ease into the
technique.
• Activate a positive feeling – where you feel a deep connection
to yourself
• This can be a genuine feeling of appreciation or care for
someone, some place or experience in your life
• Notice an image that comes to mind
• Notice where the feeling resides in your body
• Breathe that image, or feeling, into:
• Your head, your heart, your centre, and your being
• Quietly sense any change in perception or feeling and sustain
it as long as you can
• Know that you are connecting with your deepest self
• Become aware of the space around you
• Breathe your connection into the space and extend that
connection to everyone and the world around you
• Feel their presence around you and welcome it in your
being
The State of Creative Awareness
• Centered
• Open
• Aware
• Connected
• Holding
I am centered
I am open to what may come
I am aware, alert and clear
I am connected to myself, to you and all of the
resources within and around us
I am ready to hold on to whatever may emerge within
myself and between us from the best of myself
Creative Discovery
• Set intention
• Connect with your COACH state
• Discovery
• Person 1
• What I most want to create in my life is…
• And the image that goes with that is …
• And the movement that goes with that is …
• Partner
• Feedback the 3 statements and add:
• And I send you much support for making
that real….Now breathe in that image and
feeling and
• Repeat another 2 times
Switch with your partner
