Starbucks
For a person who enjoy coffee like
me, Starbucks is the brand that I
am very interested on.
Starbucks coffee for doctors and nurses
• For front line workers who fight for
people in need of care. New York
City received the a sudden big hit
of Covid 19.
• Around 400 doctor and nurses
worked more then 15 hours a day.
• Starbucks’ partners made coffee and
pastries at 5 am and delivered to the
New Yorker Hotel where they stayed.
• Starbucks donated about 7,000
Starbucks K-Cups pods were donated
to doctors and nurses every weekend.
• Starbucks saw this an opportunity to
help people who in need. It gave the
front line workers not just the food;
however, the feeling of support and
energy to them. To show them that they
are not alone.
• The support and care that Starbucks
provided to doctors and nurses were
shared around social media as well.
If they could not come, we
come to them
• Some front line workers can not get
coffee as they used to do.
• Too risky to stay away from work
place during this time.
• Starbucks’ partners delivered coffee
them to different place such
hospitals, hotels, fire department
and police stations.
• For customer who wanted to help front line works could donate
money through the App, and that money went to the coffee that
front line workers received.
• Starbucks motivated people to participate as much as they
could to help out the community during pandemic.
• For myself, I could not do much to help others, but Starbucks
could bring my little money to help others.
• It showed more of the big part of emotional support to each
other.
Order ahead
• While other stores want customers back sit in the stores,
Starbucks persuaded people to order ahead, and come
to pick up. They wanted to be safe by keeping the
distance as much as possible.
• They provided double stars for people who other ahead
from the locate stores.
• They are really want to help out the community as much
as they can.
• I used this order ahead because I spent less time in the
store, and I had no contact with other beside my drink.
• By doing order ahead, many more customers download Starbucks App and using it until
now. New and old customers to know more about mobile App.
• We also know that this is a way to promote the brand out to the world. CNN also put out
this news on TV news and website about this.
• The help to community and improve brand reputation at the same time.

  • 2. Starbucks coffee for doctors and nurses • For front line workers who fight for people in need of care. New York City received the a sudden big hit of Covid 19. • Around 400 doctor and nurses worked more then 15 hours a day.
  • 3. • Starbucks’ partners made coffee and pastries at 5 am and delivered to the New Yorker Hotel where they stayed. • Starbucks donated about 7,000 Starbucks K-Cups pods were donated to doctors and nurses every weekend. • Starbucks saw this an opportunity to help people who in need. It gave the front line workers not just the food; however, the feeling of support and energy to them. To show them that they are not alone. • The support and care that Starbucks provided to doctors and nurses were shared around social media as well.
  • 4. If they could not come, we come to them • Some front line workers can not get coffee as they used to do. • Too risky to stay away from work place during this time. • Starbucks’ partners delivered coffee them to different place such hospitals, hotels, fire department and police stations.
  • 5. • For customer who wanted to help front line works could donate money through the App, and that money went to the coffee that front line workers received. • Starbucks motivated people to participate as much as they could to help out the community during pandemic. • For myself, I could not do much to help others, but Starbucks could bring my little money to help others. • It showed more of the big part of emotional support to each other.
  • 6. Order ahead • While other stores want customers back sit in the stores, Starbucks persuaded people to order ahead, and come to pick up. They wanted to be safe by keeping the distance as much as possible. • They provided double stars for people who other ahead from the locate stores. • They are really want to help out the community as much as they can. • I used this order ahead because I spent less time in the store, and I had no contact with other beside my drink.
  • 7. • By doing order ahead, many more customers download Starbucks App and using it until now. New and old customers to know more about mobile App. • We also know that this is a way to promote the brand out to the world. CNN also put out this news on TV news and website about this. • The help to community and improve brand reputation at the same time.
