During the COVID-19 pandemic, Starbucks provided support to frontline workers in several ways: 1) Starbucks partners delivered coffee and pastries to doctors and nurses working long hours in New York City hotels. 2) When frontline workers could not leave their workplaces, Starbucks delivered coffee to hospitals, fire and police stations. 3) Customers could donate money through the Starbucks app to buy coffee for frontline recipients.
