- 5. 1 DRAW a line onto the wooden block by following the line of your arm. Starting from this line you have to draw the profile of the wooden support. Do this similar to the drawing of figure 1. - 7. 3 SAW the contours drawn in step 1 and 2. Theeasiest way of doing that is with a bandsaw. / 10 min bandsaw / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Wooden support
- 8. 4 Mill a slot of 10 mm of depth in th bottom front of the support. This slot must be 35 mm long. For doing this you need to put the support in a locked position. / 15 min Mill, something to fix the support / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Wooden support

- 14. 10 bend the metal plate 85 degrees with a radius of approximately 20mm. This can easily be done with a vise and a piece of wood rounded with a radius of 20mm. Figure 4 5 min Vise, hammer / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Metal knife holder

- 16. 12 weld the steel rod onto the bended steel plate. Do this under the right angle adapted to the user. Clean up with a grinding machine if necessary Figure 6 15 min Welding machine, grinding machine / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Metal knife holder

- 19. 15 Drill 2 holes with a diameter of 3,5 mm. These holes should be at the same distance as the holes in the lemmet of the knife. In our case this is a distance of 20mm. And thread these holes with a M4 tap Figure 3 20 min Drill, tap / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Metal knife holder
- 20. 16 weld this part onto the bended steel plate of step 13 and grind of excess material. Figure 6 15 min Welding machine, grinding machine / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Metal knife holder
- 21. 17 grind a small sloth into the piece you just welded. The sloth needs a thickness to fit the knife. (± 2 mm) And the depth of the slot should be 10 mm. 5 min Grindingmachine / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Metal knife holder
- 22. 18 Drill 2 holes with diameter 7 mm in the plate above the holes in the square rod. These are necessary to be able to screw the metal knife holder onto the wooden support. 10 min drill / 0 €0 TAFELMES 6.0 Metal knife holder
