2. Irina’s message
Hello everyone!
A little about me ... I am branch manager in a small trading company.
My work not always allows me to self-express creatively. So here I am! I am Happy to join in this
interesting world of CREATIVITY. I hope that we all get pleasure from the course and to
communicate with each other. What do I love? ...)
• My friends and meeting with interesting people
• Food: sweets and nuts ... and more sweets with nuts, tangerines, oranges, pears.
• perfumes, scarves
• Reading books (classics, essays,fantasy,history, psychology etc.)
• swimming
• something to study or learn to do anything (handmade jewelery)
• spring and the smell of rain
• humor and positive (good mood), positive people
• helping others
• wake up late start on the weekend
• Don’t play computer games, don't watch TV
• Want to travel the world, climb mountains
• Skydiving ( I jumped just once ... but a lot of feelings)
• ride on horseback
• study and study English ... (sorry for my English) and a lot of things I love .. ))

3. Michelle’s message
My name is Michelle. I am a 48 year old, married mother of three boys. My sons are 18, 15 and 11 years old. My family is the center of my
world. I also am a Facilities Planning Coordinator for the City of XXXXX in Washington State. A Facilities Planning Coordinator is, in
essence, a project manager. We maintain the facilities that house the City staff including the fire stations and the Public Safety
Training Center. The following are just some general facts about me:
• I am catholic, I am of Italian descent, my great grandparents came from XXXXXX.
• I spent most of my growing up years working at my grandparents’ farm. They were vegetable growers, carrots mostly
• I have brown hair and eyes ,I am right handed
• I have two brothers, no sisters , I have a dog, yellow lab named Angel
• Happily married for xx years this Sunday xxxxxx, but have been together for xxx years, Met husband in college, Graduated with a BA
in Interior Design from Washington State University , Below is a list of that I like to do:
• Listen to music, mostly rock and pop. We have music on always at our house. I am not musically gifted but my two older boys play
and sing.
• Read, the popular books (the “I have to know what everyone is talking about” type)
• Spend quality alone time with my husband, with three boys and careers, we don’t get out much, Watch TV, football, singing shows,
crime drama
• Watching movies, romantic comedies, action (can’t wait to see the new “Bond” movie) or Like Angelo, I do love National Lampoon
also especially Christmas Vacation. We watch it every Thanksgiving night as a traditional start to the Christmas season.
• Cooking and eating great food , Baking (especially now with apples in season…yum)
• I love the fall, the clean, crisp fresh air and how the light plays on the changing leaves
• Change the look of my house, redecorate for seasons and holidays
• Decorate my cubicle for holidays, Shop for clothes, shoes, things for the house…. Anything really, Camping with my family (well, in
an motor home so not roughing it or anything) Playing in and jumping into the water at lakes, the ocean, wave pools etc.
• Relaxing on the beach or poolside, I do love to sleep, but don’t get to as much as I would like, I like working out. Well, not the actual
workout, but how exercise makes me feel physically and about myself. Especially in the fresh morning air, just love fresh air.
• Like to solve problems, Chatting with friends, over a glass of wine is even better

4. Misha’s message
Misha defines himself as male and a human being.
He is a recent graduate from San Francisco State University.
While at University Misha double majored in Creative Writing and Cinema.
Misha's choice to study these subjects stemmed from “the pipe dream” that at some point in his
adult life he will makes films and books.
Misha very much likes being immersed in academia and perhaps in part of this he considers
eventually getting an MA, and one day being a professor.
Misha has found post collegial life to be an exciting time but he thinks that interning at 826 this
summer will make it even more exciting.
In his free time he makes zines, short stories, short films, and is in a bay area band called “The
Heart On's.”
Misha's favorite color is red and his favorite animal is the otter (shhh, don't tell his cat Tux).
He hopes that one day he “changes the world”or at least is more transient than a quirky web
presence.

5. Angelo’s message
Free time
Listening music - Rock, Blues, Classical, baroque, lyrics, jazz, Italian authors
Hi-end fan – built and developing a good sound system at home to listen music at the best level compatible with the space of the
room (B-class solid state)
Watching DVD – movies of action, old fashion stories of love / growth / tenderness / humour (crazy for National Lampoon’s
Animal House and related sector)
Motorcycle – great sensations when you turn…….here is my Ducati dream
Spending time with nice friends and persons, especially gentle women
Networking to create new projects for wellness in Italy
Following and working for a not-for-profit for sustainability
Doing meditation, coaching and teaming people for meditation
Reading books of Science Fiction, History, NLP, psychology, personal growth, Walt Disney
Eating great Pasta, fish being vegetarian, sweets – I cannot resist
Following my 2 loved sons and my family
Travelling around Italy, having done it a lot abroad in the past
Helping friends when possible
Sleep continuously for 6-7-8- hours
God and our spiritual part
