I don’t believein vacations
Answer:
I was on a Television program on the VICE
Network a while back and they asked me
if I ever take vacations. I said no.
They even panned to one individual who
looked unhappy with my response.
The whole crowd stood aghast.
Look -- if you really love what you do,
then life is a vacation. People who
work with me are always on vacation
-- I never bug them about hours or
where they are as long as they get
their work done.

make it a habit to respond to every
customer query, message or piece of
feedback that comes their way.
