 Recruiters only look at a
resume for an average of 7
seconds!
 The average recruiter sees
5,000 resumes a year.
NOTE! Poor spelling/grammar & unprofessional
email address will get it tossed immediately!

ATS: A computer that screens for keywords to determine
if your resume gets passed on to a decision maker.
