Falun Dafa is a meditation practice that involves five simple exercises and cultivates mind and body according to the principles of truth, compassion, and tolerance. The NCCU Falun Dafa club practices the exercises together on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:10-7:10pm and later studies the book "Zhuan Falun" together. All activities are free and open to join.

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a meditation practice
that cultivates both mind and body. It teaches people to become
a better person by following three main principles: “Truthfulness,
Compassion, and Forbearance”. There are
also five simple and easy exercises for one
to practice. Practicing Falun Dafa can get
great relaxation for busy students. !
