The result revealed that the development of the academic internal supervision
process of Sirindhorn School by using strategies as conducting the supervision and
monitoring workshops and cooperative workshops helped the participants to better

is the Participatory Action Research which was comprised of 5 steps. They are planning,
taking action, making observations, making reflection, and sharing. The other one is
comprised of 5 step of the development of internal supervision process framework.
They are studying the current situation and prospects, finding problems and needs,
planning and setting alternatives regarding the school internal supervision, building
instruments and developing strategies, taking actions, evaluating and reporting, and
planning for the learning activities in order to enable the researcher to be able to
develop the internal supervision process efficiently.
