- почему Google открыла специальную компанию, которая учит медитации сотрудников корпорации;
- зачем основатели и топ-менеджеры Facebook, PayPal, Twitter, LinkedIn и Zynga ежегодно встречаются на отдельной конференции со специалистами по медитации и йоге;
- как медитация может помочь современному человеку, а также какое отношение она имеет к эволюции и процессам познания;

Igor Berkhin. Meditation as a Culture of Mind.IgorBerkhin
In modern world meditation is generally concidered as a method of either relaxation or entering
extraordinary states of mind. Even though having some theurapeutic qualities, still such approach
is very one-sided and limited. In various spiritual traditions meditation is concidered to be an
important means for aquiring certain kinds of knowledge and skills that cannot be obtained while
operating on material level. Relaxation as well as many extraordinary states can be quite effectively
achieved through affecting physiological processes by means of chemical substances, intense
breathing, sensory deprivation etc., but knowledge cannot be produced this way because it doesn't
depend on physiology...

Right Understanding to Help Other (In Russian)Dada Bhagwan
Happiness begins from the moment you do something for others. Those who consistently help others, are happy, and do not come across any obstacles in their lives. Research indicates that they are less stressed and experience improved mental health.
The purpose of life is to serve others. However, when doing so, you should not expect something in return; your intention should be to lessen other people’s misery. “Service to others should be sincere and done from the heart; only then it is fruitful.” Do any trees eat their own fruit? No. This teaches us that human beings should not only use their mind, body and speech for themselves, but also to serve others. When you do this, nature in turn will reward you.
Your constant inner intent should be towards helping others. If you are unable to do so for any reason, you can also make sure that you do not hurt anyone. This is an indirect way to help those around you.
Param Pujya Dadashri has given many comprehensive explanations for several reliable methods to fulfill the purpose of life of serving and helping others. However, eternal happiness can only be attained through Self-Realization.

A human being looks for happiness in the worldly life and everything he does is with the intent to be happy. So why have conflicts taken such a stronghold everywhere?
To answer this question let’s take a look at an example on managing conflict. Say two people are sitting beside each other on a bench. The person on the right, will say that the other person is sitting to their left. And the person on the left, will say that the other person is sitting to their right. In this situation who is correct and who is incorrect? Both people are correct according to their viewpoint. We cannot say one is incorrect and the other is correct.
Similarly, conflicts arise because of difference of viewpoints. By not understanding the other person’s viewpoint you get pulled into a conflict. The person who wants to avoid the conflict is the one who will have to understand the other persons’ viewpoint. Once we realize that everyone is correct from their own viewpoint, then there remains nothing in this world worth having a conflict over!
When it comes to conflict management, there are many interpersonal techniques to remove the misunderstandings between colleagues, spouses, children and parents, etc. With these techniques, managing conflict becomes easy, irrespective of the people between whom conflict has arisen.
These conflict management techniques are shown by Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan, a spiritual master, who has disclosed all the possible keys of conflict management, which are practically applicable to any relationship.

“Do good things and good things will come your way.” That’s how the world goes round, but is this completely true? For example, if you donate five hundred thousand with the inner intent that, ‘I wish I could have given more,’ is it the same as donating the same amount unwillingly or under pressure? If not, then what is the real law of karma?
The truth is, donating money willingly means you bind merit karma, and donating money unwillingly means you bind demerit karma, even if the amounts are equal. Whatever actions you do, or words you speak, they are all a result of your past life’s karma. Just the mere action of doing something good, does not necessarily mean you bind merit karma, your intention is what binds new karma and this is the law of karma.
While experiencing the effect of your past life’s karma you simultaneously bind new karma for your next life, depending on your inner intent. In this way, you become trapped in the cycle of birth and death. You can only become free from karma, after you attain Self Realization.

Whatever Has Happened Is Justice (In Russian)Dada Bhagwan
Are you looking for justice?
No doubt, such incidents have occurred in your life, where you seek justice. In those situations the questions arise, ‘Why life is unfair?’, ‘God is just or unjust’, ‘Why injustice?’, Why did it happen to me?', 'I work very hard, why don't I achieve success?' When these questions arise, you unknowingly claim that God is the doer and creator.
Param Pujya Dadashri discovered that, “In reality, God is not the creator of this world at all. This is all Scientific Circumstantial Evidence. Therefore, all of this is a natural creation.” Nature has never, even for a moment, been unjust to any living being. Nature is like a bank, where you deposit and withdraw from your life’s account. The principle of justice say that, you receive the fruits of the debits and credits you accumulated in your past life.
According to the law of nature, things unravel in the same way in which they had been woven. Param Pujya Dadashri has imparted his knowledge with us that in reality injustice does not exist in this world, ‘Whatever happens is Justice’. Read on to know more…

Have you ever asked yourself, ‘Who am I really?’ Am I a father, a husband, a friend, an engineer, a passenger or a patient? The truth is that you are a father because you have a son. You are a husband because you have a wife. A passenger because you are on a train. So all your identities, everything you believe yourself to be, are all dependent on something else. So then, who are you? A father, a husband or a passenger?
By not knowing the answer to the question, 'Who am I?', you keep on creating new identities of yourself, consequently going farther away from your true Self. All the suffering in life is because of not knowing your true identity. Until you realize your true Self, you believe yourself to be the name that has been given to you.
So who are you? In reality, you are an eternal Soul. For infinite past lives the Soul has been hidden beneath a veil of ignorance. Due to this, we have been unable to experience the true Self. With the grace of the Spiritual Master (Gnani Purush), it is now possible to realize your true Self via a scientific process called Gnan Vidhi (Self Realization ceremony). Thereafter, you not only understand that you are a Pure Soul, but you also experience your true bliss.

In life, there are times when you get punished for something that you have not done, while the real culprit roams free. When this happens, you question, “Why did this happen?”, “Why has it happened to me?”, “I have not made a mistake, so why do I have to suffer?” And when you do not find the answers to these questions you become puzzled and upset.
Do you think Nature’s Law is such that if we are not at fault we still have to suffer? No, right? Then, why are we still here just to suffer?
In the winter, when it is extremely cold and you get sick, at that time if you asked the winter, “Why did you make me sick?” The winter would reply, “If you did not take care of yourself, then what should I do?” So in reality who is at fault? The one who is suffering.
Param Pujya Dadashri says, “Once the faults are gone, no one in this world, no event in this world, will have the power to give us any suffering.”
In the book “Fault is of the Sufferer”, Param Pujya Dadashri beautifully explains the mysteries behind the suffering caused due to faults. This will help solve the readers' puzzle and help put a permanent end to the question, 'Why do we suffer?'

“Avoid Clashes”
This is one of the easiest conflict resolution techniques. When absorbed in your daily routine, it fills your life with immense peace and harmony.
Let us study how to deal with conflict in two different scenarios and learn how to apply conflict resolution techniques in both, in order to avoid clashes.
Scenario 1 - When you clash with someone:
Say you bang your head against a wall, you get hurt, but the wall remains unaffected. In the same way, when you clash with someone it means that you are creating the conflict and therefore hurting yourself.
Scenario 2 - When someone comes to clash with you:
When a charging bull comes your way, even if you are a king you would have to move aside to avoid getting hurt. When such situations arise in your life you should avoid clashing with the other person and move aside to avoid getting hurt.
By applying the conflict resolution techniques within these pages in your day-to-day life, you can create a conflict free environment around you. Param Pujya Dadashri has exposed this science behind ‘Avoid Clashes’ and you can read more about it here.

1)Созерцание Закона;
2) Размышление о нем;
3)Правильная речь;
4)Правильное поведение;
поддержание жизни;
6) Правильное приложение сил;
7)Правильная память;
Три драгоценности буддистов;
