顧客就像你產品、職員、設備一樣,是你 事業的一部分,如果你把你的事業丟掉, 顧客也會跟著走 顧客就像你一樣有感覺、有感情。你想要 顧客對你好,那就要對他們更好 顧客並不是你去辯論或是鬥志的對象 你的職責是滿足顧客的需要、慾望及期望

顧客應該得到最懇切、最周到、最專業的 服務 顧客是你事業的命脈,沒有顧客你就沒有 了事業

長期保留顧客秘訣 講出顧客的名字 細心傾聽每一位顧客的談話 關心每一位顧客就像關心親人一樣 禮貌周到 對每個顧客的要求有針對性的回應

了解顧客的購物習慣和動機 給予每個顧客充分的時間 讓顧客參與你的事業,詢問他們的意見及 建議 讓顧客覺得他們受到重視,給予他們稱讚 先聽顧客的意見,然後把你的想法告訴他 們
