4. Eligibility for Open Access
• Located within the area of the distribution licensee
of the State,
• Having a contracted load of 1 (one) MW and above,
• Connected to the distribution system of licensee at
33 kV or above,
• Connected through an independent feeder
emanating from a substation of licensee or
industrial feeder (provided that all the consumers on such
industrial feeder opt for open access and having simultaneous schedule
of drawal under such open access and subject to the condition rostering
restrictions imposed by utility on the feeders.)
