Custom FLEX HOSES are standard for Sentinel
Process Systems. We fabricate USP Class VI
Silicone hose assemblies with 316L electropolished
fittings from stock. Sentinel provides all types of
silicone hose materials from Clear Tubing, Braid
Reinforced, 4-Ply Wire Reinforced, and Convoluted
Outer Cover. High alloy end fittings of Hastelloy and
AL6XN are in stock, ready to be assembled and
used in your most demanding process applications.
If your process requires a TFE lined hose,
Sentinel can quickly fabricate custom lengths with
encapsulated PFA Teflon, Hastelloy or AL6XN
Tri-Clamps, Flanges, or Cam-Locks. How about
a fully TFE lined, “Flare Thru” hose?
